The Journey Was Incredibly Challenging, & Despite Facing Tough Times, Venturing Into It Solo Was Daunting, Especially As We Encountered Many Difficulties. Nevertheless, I Chose To View These Obstacles As Part Of My Growth Journey, & The Tough Situation Ultimately Made Me Definitely More Confident & Wiser, Contributing To The Improvement Of My Business.

A Person With So Many Dreams Just Like Any Other, Got To Ireland Pursuing One of Them, But So Many Dreams Unfolded, Learning The Language. As A Family Business, We Approach Everything With Love, Passion & Care. Growing Up Felt Like Being Nurtured In A Vibrant Marketplace, Surrounded By Energy Of Small Business Owner & Entrepreneurs, Every Day Presented A New Challenge To Overcome & An Opportunity To Grow, Instilling In Me a Thirst For New Challenges & A Determination To Constantly Seek Out New Adventures.

Cooking Will Always Hold A Special Place In My Heart, Reminding Me Of The Bond We Shared As A Family When I Was A Little Girl & The Joy That Comes From Creating Delicious Plates Together, Perhaps Because My Parents Had Us When They Were Like Teenegers, & They Had To Work Tirelessly, Without Much Support. My Parents Were An Incredible Inspiration To Pursue New Adventures & Acquire The Skills To Work For Myself, Despite Facing Numerous Setbacks & Fears Along The Way. It was During These Times That I Realised The Power Of Food To Bring People Together & Create Lasting Memories, As These Moment In The Kitchen Brought Us Closer.

I Never Aspired To Become A Chef, But I Love Cooking For My Family & Friends, Working In A Field That I’m Passionate About, & Bringing Happiness To People Through Their Stomach Is One Of The Most Fulfilling Experiences.

I’m Immensely Grateful To My Family, Friends, & Staff Who Have Supported Me In Achieving This Dream Thus Far. A Special Thank You To All Our Wonderful Guest Who Have Allowed Me To Serve Our Food, To Those Who Have Lent A Helping Hand, & Even To Those Who Have Not, As Doing It On My Own Has Been One Of The Greatest Lessons I have Learned.
